Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of www.abietlogistics.ca and its online information, contact forms, quotes and checkout functions. When you book freight services, the Shipping & Service Terms, accepted quotation, shipping documents and any mandatory laws also apply.
By using the site, you agree to lawful use. Before paying for a service you may be asked to expressly accept applicable booking terms.
Website information and pricing
Service descriptions, routes, indicative rates and timing are informational unless expressly incorporated into a confirmed booking. A price displayed for a cargo category may exclude taxes, collection, packaging, storage, documentation, customs charges, destination charges or delivery unless indicated. All amounts must show the currency before checkout.
We may correct typographical or pricing errors before accepting a booking and will communicate any change that requires your agreement.
Accountability and permitted use
Provide truthful booking details and do not impersonate others, submit prohibited cargo, attack the site, misuse checkout or infringe intellectual property. We may reject fraudulent, unsafe or unlawful activity.
Content and third-party services
Website branding, text, imagery and layout are owned by Abiet or their respective licensors. You may view content for personal or internal business evaluation, but not reproduce it commercially without permission.
Links, payment processors and embedded third-party features are governed in part by those providers’ terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from temporary site unavailability or inaccurate third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
Cargo and shipping liability are addressed by the applicable shipping contract, mandatory transportation conventions and law, not by this website disclaimer.
Governing law, changes and contact
Subject to mandatory applicable law and any binding transport convention, these website terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. We may revise them prospectively and post the new effective date.
