Shipping & Customs
Your shipment is sent by sea or air freight while we handle all export and import documentation. We manage customs processing to ensure compliance, reduce delays and keep your shipment moving.
Arrival & Final Delivery
After arrival and clearance at the destination, your shipment is released and delivered safely to the intended recipient, on time and with care.
A few helpful tips
- Pack items securely and label each barrel, bin or box with the recipient's name and phone number.
- Keep a list of everything you're sending. We'll need it for customs documentation.
- Ask us before shipping high-value, fragile or restricted items.
- Consider shipping insurance for valuable goods. It isn't included automatically.
