Something missing or damaged on delivery? Tell us here so we can start reviewing it straight away.

Before you start

Report it as soon as possible. Carrier claim deadlines can be short.
Keep the damaged goods and all packaging. Don't throw anything away until we reply.
Take clear photos of the damage, the packaging and any labels or seals.
Have your booking or bill of lading number ready.
If you noticed damage at delivery, note it on the delivery paperwork.
